    I’m 135 ish pounds and my goal is 100, ofc the routine is just for my beginning. I’m gonna try doing this every day for 10 days straight and I try will update this every time I do this. *Please leave some motivation!!*

    I had to take 30 second breaks of my own today and change some of the workout so I can do it (like push ups.) i am sweaty which is a good sign. Made it all the way through too.

    Love other Pamela's trainings, but not this one; while I am looking at the screen to see a new exercise in details + take the pose- I lose valuable seconds of time. So instead of 30 secs - I did 20 secs each.
