If the first game is a turn based farming sim, this will be Dunkey’s greatest joke yet.
the first game will be Kill butt 3: 2
turn based strand-type farming sim
@Ruy Guys, ruy specifically said he watches Dunkey's vids. So pointing out one of Dunkeys latest vids won't help. Ya'll need to use something like crayons and only picture explanations. or maybe one of those animal sound audio books to help ruy out.
Turn-based ANIME farm sim, get it right
@Ruy check his latest state of play vid. He goes between sony and nintendo announcements where allot if the nintendo stuf looks like 3D stardew valley knockoffs.
I have purchased many indie games based on dunks recommendations and haven't regretted a single one. Same as I have seen dunkey praise some of my favorite indie titles years after their release.I love this idea. I just hope it works out for Leah and dunk.
☝☝Congratulations fan! I've got something special for you, Send a message at the above telegram name to acknowledge your prize
This is god damned fantastic. I love the idea of a real fan running a publishing company. I wish you guys nothing but the best.
In all seriousness, don't let the psychos on Twitter get you down. There's a lot of us who are rooting for you!
Who gives a fuck about twitter?
It is laughable how anal the JRPG fans were foaming at the mouth over this announcement
@Boxxy Lego Playmobil ?
nothing more psychotic than a dunkey fan so i wouldnt worry about it
It is heart-warming to see the inspiring stories of people that walk out of League of Legends. Thank you, Dunkey
@Peter Rogers *Oofs for an excessive duration and closes their phone* 📱 🤛
@Bromuzl It became what World of Warcraft did a long time ago - a colorful chatroom to spare time with your peers. I don't think the community would even want for the game to become "better".There is no difference to the state of both games - community is so used to the low standard that, at this point, if Riot tried to make drastic changes it would yield negative results for their wallets. That being said, I hope to see you all back in the nostalgia trip on the release of "League of Legends: Classic - Mists of the Crystal Scar" and "League of Legends: Classic - The Wrath of the Twisted Treeline".
I'm so happy that Dunkley has decieded to throw his hat into the ring of publishing! Dunkey has always been one of the most genuine and honest creators on YT and you can tell how passionate he is about this project. Here's to the future Dunkley! I have high hopes for you and Lia!
It feels as though everything touched by Dunkey gets enriched, and/ or enjoyable to some extent, and I am so happy to see this announcement. The man is clearly Midas's descendant churning out gold standard quality. I very much look forward to an era of "BIGMODE PUBLISHED GAMES" and all the positivity it shall bring starting from the both of you.
how it plays out!
I love to see Dunkey use his influence to make an impact on the world he loves rather than complain about its direction. I hope to be involved, but regardless I'll be rooting for BIGMODE every step of the way. Keep it real!
Sent in my portfolio. Hearing about your creative journey inspired me to make shit, and as a result, I see myself getting better all the time, honing more and more into my creative voice. Whether this is my time or this is my rejection letter phase, a bigmode thank you goes out to you, mista dunk.
I can't believe the guy who has the world record on Bowser's Big Bean Burrito is making his own games company!!! Will any of us even be able to beat them?
@DonKx so, more like Steam?
@DonKx so a publishing company...
No chance 😎
@DonKx how can you try to correct somebody and still get it completely wrong
Dunkey said: I will have to do it myself
I love hearing stories about how Devolver Digital were just a handful of people working from home mostly getting to know developers remotely while having no offfices or corporate bs to worry about. Dunkey has social media presence and a platform to advertise games through already, I sincerely hope this works out well since it will feel a hell of a lot better for someone who knows games over the usual AAA publisher that only know business and couldn't care less if the game were good as long as it makes money.
I've been watching Dunkey for 10 years and never once liked or commented on a video. But this... this is truly deserved, this is Dunkey's destiny, his true calling to bringing something better to the world. Let Dunkey infect you with his brilliance, let him join the next era of gaming!
I've commented on his vids for years and never get any likes. Sometimes I wonder if I'm somehow shadow banned or something lol...maybe my comments just suck. Probably that.
@Tom Bombadill I have no other choice but to offer you my respect.
@Zach Dude The only video I have ever liked on DEclips is the 10 hour video of taking the hobbits to Isengard. This will be my most valuable contribution.
So hype for the Kill Butt series! Paul Creenis is such a talented dev
Dunkey, as long as you stay authentic to your own brand, you’re going to do great. Best of luck to you.
“I understand what kind of ideas always work”*shows a grapple hook*accurate
I'm jealous of people like you.People who haven't played the Lego Batman games.
How many pots does he break in this reveal trailer though
Funny pinaple man
@John Epton Huh. I can see how that would be a bit annoying maybe in the menu, but the quick crafting system in Horizon Zero Dawn isnt too unlike the reload time for a regular FPS. I see it as part of balancing what weapons and gadgets you create
shows splatoonme: God bless
You're going to be the best thing that happened to the publishing industry in years. Whatever happens, that will always be true, even if the people in the industry don't realise it.
Been following you since your Cho Graph video. I'm usually pretty cynical when it comes to anything business related, but if you say you're gonna do something I believe it. Best of luck to you and Leah. Show em what a real donkey can do.
dunkey, i just want to say, thank you, as someone who waits and waits and waits for that 1 or 2 really good games to come out every year, i am really looking forward to this
☝☝Congratulations fan! I've got something special for you, Send a message at the above telegram name to acknowledge your prize.
This is the best W I’ve seen on the internet for a while now, congrats Dunkey, and I hope this means more developers will be able to outshine the industry’s greed.
Big Mode has not released a single bad game yet. Truely the best gaming company of all time
i love you
Amount of sheer awesome positivity oozing from this announcement made me smile all over.
If Dunkey really likes a game there is usually a 90% chance I'm going to buy it. He really has a good eye for great games that are indie.
inspiration even more. Thanks for being around all these years dude, I'm hyped to see how huge this is going to get.
Man, I had to comback after seeing all the twitter drama. I HOPE BEEG MODE GOES BIG MODE! Much love dunkey.
I've never wanted a company to succeed so badly. And I used to own a company.
@Bada Bing Why do you assume it failed? He could as easily have sold it for a pay-out, which is the exit strategy for the vast majority of entrepreneurs and start-ups.
@Ginsu131 you underestimate the nested layers of layers, my friend
@Ginsu131 This made me laugh out loud
no wonder your company failed
I'm so happy that you guys are taking this big step! I may not have been a day one subscriber to this channel, but from the first video I had watched from you, I knew that your content and your perspective/analysis on games was and is genuine. I really look up to you Dunkey, as a gamer and a person (even if I may not know you personally). Can't wait to see what amazing things come out of your company!
I'm so on board for this. I'll be playing *all* of Dunkey's published videos. All the detractors are confusing development with publishing. Dunk, as an indie publisher, just has to see what developer's have already got and decide whether it's good or not. This is gonna be sick for consumers. He's right 100%
Dunkey continues to be the most underappreciated youtuber, no amount of praise will ever be enough
He has 7 million subscribers
I always felt like DEclips didn’t reward content creators enough for the quality of content; only the quantity watched. It’s good to see you build this on the respect you’ve earned from your viewers. Good luck mate - can’t wait to see what drops first.
Best of luck. With huge corporations swallowing up all of the studios these days, I feel that this is something truly necessary for continued progress. Looking forward to seeing how it plays out!
@Chompy the Beast Literally what are you talking about, I am saying “blah blah blah” because I am showing just how stupid and communistic that ideal is. And yes it is wrong because big corporations should not be considered a negative thing, they define the industry.
@TheOminousBlade Communism > Capitalism blah blah blahI am being serious, I just want to point out that saying "blah blah blah" only tells us that _you're_ bored of it (which means the rhetoric is building), not that it's wrong
@No Life Alex lmao my thoughts exactly
I just started watching your videos again recently since I've found myself playing games again, and you've already inspired me with those. See you do this is furthering that inspiration even more. Thanks for being around all these years dude, I'm hyped to see how huge this is going to get.
This is incredible and inspiring, I hope that you find nothing but success and thank you for givng back and getting involved in the game development community in the best way I could ever think of.
Of course this is the next steps after Dunkey achieved 10k hours on 'studying' games. Obviously.I believed Dunkey will hold to his principles. For anybody who forgets, he proved that when Microsoft asked him to review their shitty games, even tho he had no money to pay rent due to his shitty employees, he still put out an honest review, and of course never got paid by MS.
We need more representation of gamers by real gamers themselves instead of soulless companies like Microsoft, Dunkey is a modern genius. Way to go, buddy!
Dunkey is the realest gamer of all time, so I'm looking forward to seeing him help publish the realest games of all time
Yes he definitely deserves this!
"bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb BIG MODE"
Having lost faith in almost every big gaming company the last few years, this, this gives me hope 🙏
I love you for using your resources and platform to do something like this. I hope this inspires other content creators who have gained a surplus of money to do something like this as well or at least invest into others who are.
This is some of the most exciting news I have seen all year. Thank you dunkey
I didn't watch this video because I thought it was a big, elaborate joke and I was saving it for later. But now I know it's real, I just want to say Dunkey, thanks for being the most gamer of all time. It has all led you here
I've been so deep into dunkey's lore that I can no longer tell if this is an actual announcement or a satire for tech startup company
probably both tbh
Its real. Both Leah and Jason have been talking about a huge announcement/project on their streams recently. This must be the reason they haven't been streaming as much and why it wont be as frequent in the future (as said by leah).
@Chris Kagia a real actual link???!!! Wow links mean serious stuff!
@Ben Wilton well, it can’t be joke if there’s a website. I mean, that’s just the law.
I had the same feeling but he put too much effort on the promotion side of the video for it to be a joke. Also he has a point for having experience from the consumer point of view and I can definitely see him doing this as an investment; coming from a popular gaming youtube channel.
Very excited about this. May be some of the best news in the industry in years.Ive always looked to Dunky for real reviews on games and games worth playing that i may not have heard about. To know that hes activley going to be helping bring great games to fruition is something i think all gamers should be excited about.
So pumped to see how well this turns out for everyone involved! Love you guys
I've enjoyed your videos for years and during the time I've done my education to become a animator & game developer. Always thought that I'd at least send you a copy of whatever game I end up working on as thanks for the years of entertainment and insights you've brought all of us. Hope we get the change to collaborate in the future.
Dunkey, my life's situation is partially to blame for this,, but I legit welled up while watching this video. Thanks for being such a wholesome content creator I can always fall back on
I hope things get better for you ❤️
it really makes you feel like you're actually a Publishing Company
@Peter Rogers (poops) (Comes)
@Big Chunky But.. but we need validation from repeating overused phrases to compensate for the lack of critical thinking. How else are we supposed to get our dopamine kick ? 😫😫😫 * anxiety overload * 😫😫😫
ign gotta hire this man
@adsaa shutup with the morbius jokes
That time when he said "it's bigmode time" I was losing myself. Literally one of the most game developers ever...
I actually have SOOO much faith in Dunkey’s taste and I’m really excited to see where this could go.
I am so proud of dunkey and bee. I am so happy to be an OG fan. 11 MORE YEARS!!!
Insanely impressed! What an amazing undertaking. I can’t wait to see games come out of Big Mode that are elevated to the next level. Go get ‘em Dunkey!!
Great! I can’t wait to play more crowd funded, 16-bit style Metroidvania wannabes. Totally fresh and new concept! Not an exhausted genre at all! Don’t forget the Souls-like tag! See ya on Kickstarter.
Dunkey once again proving he’s a genius making a Frog Type Indie Game Company ahead of all the Frog Type Games on the horizon!
@John McFadin i emerge victorious, which means BigMode is now MINE
Horizon was a Zero Frog Type Game
Going BLACKMODE will be a sucess Dunkey.
@Protip Well you know how things are, some people are just never going to be ready for a game about frogs loving frogs. Perhaps that's all the more reason to create the game, though...
But at the same time calling Frog Detective spam ain't right. Maybe he's just trying to take down his frog competition since they were at the forefront.
I was hesitant to click on this because I thought it was going to be a parody you were making but someone said you actually were doing it so here I am, and I am extremely happy for you, and Leah to be doing this. I'm so excited. The moment I can figure out how to find, and follow you as a Publisher on Steam I will do it. For now I will just bookmark, and check the site every so often.
Cannot wait to play whatever comes out of this
There are few people that I can think of who are as passionate, and as qualified to evaluate, support, and guide indie titles to success as videogamedunkey.
I love to see you and Leah reach your dreams!!! Wishing you two the best 💙 I believe in you both!!
"Please note: We are not accepting any games that use NFTs, crypto or blockchain."Praise dunkey, such an excellent move. I can't wait to see what gets published xx
@Genesis8629 or just pirate the game lmao
@Genesis8629 This is not the reason multi-billion-dollar finance companies are pushing NFT games so hard lmao, are you a shill or just a dupe?
"Please note: We are interested in making games, not platforms for separating dupes, kids, and people with addictions from their money. Crypto Bros are poisonous leeches."
@Genesis8629 NFTs alone won't allow you to digital trading since you need a separate system that ensures that access is given only to the 'real owner' of the NFT, and you can do that without NFTs. Unless you are suggesting making the entire fucking compiled code of the game an NFT, which is unfeasible afaik ("NFT images" are normally just a pointer--a URL--to a image file on a server).Ownership of digital media is cool. NFT is not how you achieve it.
This video really made me FEEL like an indie game. (In all seriousness tho congrats on this I can’t wait to see what you guys do with it!)
I wish you the best of luck brother, you got my support all the way. We seriously appreciate your content bro. Keep doing your thing
I hope with all my heart that this ends up successful in next decade
I've been a fan for so many years, I wish from the bottom of my heart that you succeed, I am so proud of both of you good luck dunkey
This man went from shitposting on Newgrounds to becoming an indie publisher, this truly is only accomplished by someone like Dunkey
@Mr indie fan As soon as a publisher gets involved, a developer is not independent anymore. Sure, there are degrees of dependence, but it's still dependence.
@M. B. Having a publisher doesn't erase you from being an indie, being OWNED by a publisher does but that is a different situation.
@M. B. It's just an anachronism of sorts. It means a publisher that's solely working with more independent devs
from making videos with paperbatvg to an indie publisher
jeff kaplan went from raging gamer nerd to vp director of blizzard like wtf
I love this idea!I just heard about the unfortunate twitter backlash. Just know that your real fans support you whole heartedly! ❤️
Thank you Dunkey and Leah for caring so much about an industry that cares very little most of the time. Thanks to you introducing me to enter the gungeon (which I suck at.), but it was a purchase that I did not regret.I wish I can contribute to your company, but the best that I can do is give moral support and if you got a Patreon you should you know...Link that to the viewers so we can give financial support. XDDo your best and kick the abusive publishers off their throne. This is not just a test for you, but the first step for indie devs and gamers alike
Hell yeah, great to see you putting your money where your mouth is in a huge way. If only there was a way to describe the extent to which you're promoting your principles in this venture...something like "large style". idk.
Came back to this video just to say that we love you and we love the idea, keep on going. Sending bigmode vibes
i appreciate anyone who commits time, dedication and resources to the future and betterment of the industry. as a game developer myself, thank you dunkey for using your platform in this way.
"Now if only his Dinkey could go BigMode"-girl with voice of a child
I love that you put stray in this
@GT2000 A fair assessment, I'd say. While I'm naturally on the side of the fence with Daniel's skepticism, I'm all for eating my words if an up and coming developer does something good, and proves suspicion wrong.Gotta take chances!
@a namer here bro get your boring ass politics out of here this is a video game review channel of course he won’t denounce trump it’s irrelevant to the topic at hand. Sure trump sucks but just because someone doesn’t denounce trump doesn’t mean anything
As an aspiring game dev, this is great news! Thank you Dunkey!
There are so many people saying this is gonna fail and how he's gonna go bankruptThat's what they said about Devolver 10 years ago before Hotline Miami 1 came out.
You hit the nail on the head
Wish you all the success! You deserve it.
I've followed since the league days and im so happy to see what you've made of yourself man. Best of luck on your project i have a feeling ill be buying your games.
This is so goddamn cool, fuckin bravo man. Can't wait to see Big Mode come out with KNACK 3 BAYBEEEEE.-B
@MoonMan Because I've noticed a lot of people use the word honestly as filler out of habit. You're yet another example.
@MoonMan I'm with you there, MoonMan, cautiously optimistic!
@Anna Green name a dunkey video that was a "shitpost". I could maybe see his final League of Legends video, but it's still just all truthful and factual. "90%" no way, José.
@MK Ultra An odd question, but yes i was honest, otherwise i wouldnt have said all that. Why do u ask that?
@MoonMan Are you sure you're being honest?
I can’t wait to see the stuff you publish!
Achievement unlocked!"Successfully build your own publishing company"
Thank you. The ammount of times that I've played games such as Death's Gambit and Rain World where after experiencing such a joyful gaming experience, I feel almost obligated to spread it as it pisses me off how underrated gems simply stay underrated.
holy shit a Dunkey gaming company is an absolute dream. I'll forever be grateful to Dunkey for introducing me to incredible indie games (i.e Enter the Gungeon, Celeste, and Hollow Knight).
This has to be a fucking joke all three of these indie games were EXTREMELEY popular before dunkey. He doesn’t focus on lesser known indies
@Soggy Dog knack 2 was incredible but it wouldn't be fair on the indies to say it's an indie game, it had morbillions of dollars in budget and some of the greatest minds in gaming working on it
@William Henning i.e. is id est, or 'that is,' not 'in explanation'
@Ramdapanda I mean, you don't say 'that is to say,' as if you're essentially just re wording, and then give examples; you say 'for example,' and then..give examples. but each to their own I guess.eta never mind I get what you're saying I guess
Wish you the best! I have played a lot of the games you have reccomended over the years.
This is literally the best direction your channel could have gone, more so than other channels!!
We believe in you dunk!! You’ve got a great fan base backing you I really think you can do this.
Man I hope somebody makes a farming rpg game with you guys, we have less of those now in the gaming industry.
stardew valley 2 when
@Nihilus I'm a big man hiding behind my big man big screen so that I can tell you that I think what you just said is a bit silly. Thank you for understanding. Have a nice (but not too nice or I would not need to hide behind my screen like the keyboard hero legend I am) day.
Actually, I'd argue that because so much farming simulators were released this year showing how repetitive and stale the video game world became, Dunkey got enough motivation and drive to finally launch this. The farming simulators might be bad but they pushed the development of something that can be potentially beautiful
It would also be great if they published an indie strand type game, been waiting for one for decades.
Obviously they are just looking to ride the wave of "Frog Type" games this year. =P
Dunkey thank you for making DEclips videos that actually matter and entertain. I've watched every single one and you have shown me so many games I would not know about
Can't wait to see some beeg games from Bigmode! Congrats and hope things go well for you Dunkey and Leah!
Just want to comment to bump this up, but I have high hopes for Dunkey and Leah, they haven’t led me astray when I’m hesitating on buying a game and I owe a lot of my game collection to some of the fantastic reviews of things I never should have played otherwise,All the best with this endeavour you two!!!
Dunkey is one of the few people out there who can actually tell when a game is good or not.
OH BOY, I have been waiting for this! I spent years crafting my own little game but I always lacked opportunity. I feel this will be my big breakthrough. My idea is a turn-based J-RPG with farming simulator elements. Dunkey will love it!
XD this comment wins
No way dunkey won't pick it up!
And if Bigmode doesn't pick you up, Nintendo will!
@Matthew Jones Makes me think of his game critics video, where he talks about how he has his own opinion of a game and it's not supposed to be everyone's opinion. You probably wouldn't pitch a WW2 game to Nintendo, or a game with Pokemon-level story telling to Atlus. Of course, like people have said, if a game is good enough Dunkey has been known to overcome his biases (Like Turn-based Anime JRPG Persona 5). I imagine the same approach to which games he'll publish
To be fair, Undertale (one of the games presented as incredible in this video) was a turn-based game. In the video Dunkey reviewed it, he said the gameplay was fun despite being turn based. So just make whatever your videogame is fun and different and it has a shot.
Can’t wait to hear more about the new game “Working On It”!
This is so great. I wish you both the best of luck in this endeavor. You’re my favorite gamers 🎉
I can always count on Dunkey, Lyle and Yahtzee to say what needs to be said about the gaming industry.
I wish you luck dunkey. I've been a true fan of yours since the beginning, and I can't wait to see what you can accomplish for the future of gaming. Much love 🤟
I hope Dunkey doesn't get discouraged over the twitter trolls who really want this company to fail for some odd reason. I absolutely cannot wait to see what y'all have in store!
@Newtybot yes but you don't have to point that out, the word 'troll' is the differentiator, he didn't say the people on Twitter he said the trolls on Twitter
@swisserty That's just life. He can't be the same person, making videos until the end of time; of course he would want to branch out and try something new. It literally sounds like you want it to fail for your own enjoyment and nothing else
@Dr. Philth no you don’t get it, we do not associate with the tumblr refugee psychopaths
@Newtybotin this context "Twitter trolls" implies Trolls on Twitter not everyone on Twitter is a troll.
I would appreciate if you didn’t call them “Twitter” trolls. We don’t like those kinds of people on Twitter, either
I'm so glad something like this was made, and also made by someone with passion. Someone who actually cares about the developer themself, will help you create your game. And has a genuine background.
kinda weird how videogamedunkey described himself exactly the way i've been thinking of him since i started watching 4.5 years ago.i don't expect much from new things right away, but if he's committed, this could be a good thing for video games.
Genuinely don’t understand why you’re getting hate for this. This rules, this is the smart move from DEclipsr.
Someone only has to watch your pax videos and game of the year videos to know that you have a big appreciation for quality stuff. ZeroRanger is still an amazing game that has been drowned and I hope big mode helps to reduce the number of such cases
Thank you dunkey, as an indie gamedev it feels so refreshing having someone in your corner that still sees videogames as an art medium. I'll reach out
@Chompy the Beast I have had this exact conversation with countless artists and art admirers. They all claim to some extent "living without art is not living at all" which is a beautiful sentiment and yes in an idealic utopian society would be perfectly reasonable. But that is not the world we live in and the majority of people would be filled with utter rage at the notion that they must die of a sickness just because a few wealthy individuals would feel "unmotivated" if they had access to medicine while not needing it.It is very very hard to accept the reality of our situation and the dilemmas we face in investing time and resources into something that does not necessarily benefit the majority. I do believe the time is coming where we will lose the luxury of being able to decide apon the matter and the decision will be made for us.Art is good and great, but not at the expense of others. Regardless of how uncomfortable it might be, we should not over indulge while we face existential crisis. We should rather first ensure everyone's basic needs are met and then we can move up on Maslow's hierarchy.
@Kasper But then it seems you _do_ understand the function and value of what you call ornamental art. I am reminded of a scene from Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations that stuck with me: He was with famed Montanan artist Russell Chatham, walking through the hills of Big Sky, when Russell casually let out something to the effect of "I used to worry that the art I was making was pointless and didn't actually matter in the world."Bourdain, who honestly comes off as a little starstruck through the whole segment, seems to eagerly jump on the point with a question that seems to be less from an interviewer and more from a student: He asked something like "What―do you still think that? How did you get over that?"Chatham's reply was as casual and off-the-cuff as his previous statement, indeed he seemed to think little of emphasizing it at all, seemed to think it was a throwaway line, a foregone conclusion. He says something to the effect of, "Oh, I realized that a life without art would be a life not worth living."What would our struggles, let alone our comfort, be worth if not for art? Obviously a novel is worthless to a starving child, but so too is life-saving medicine to a person who isn't sick. I agree that we should be motivated to actually make the material conditions of our fellow human beings as prosperous as we possibly can with our extensive, modern means―but what better vehicle to inspire such a radical shift than the arts? Of rhetoric, of symbolism, of poetry―words have real power, after all, and so do images, which is really what words are. And so too does performance, which sometimes matters most of all.Excess is a world of want is truly detestable, but art can be functional in the propagation of that very notion, and in the carrying out of its solution. Ornamental art as a luxury needn't be a distraction from important matters nor an exclusive privilege, in fact it shouldn't be
@Chompy the Beast lol the "art" you speak of has intrinsic value but something like a painting is just a pretty distraction that can only hope to inspire the development of something that actually improves lives. Why I dislike "art" (as in ornaments, not the concept of using creativity) is because it is purely something for those who either came from, aspire to be in, or are in the select minority group of people who are high enough on Maslow's hierarchy to be able to afford to spend time and energy on anything but survival. So I agree creativity is valuable and needed, I just struggle to see the sense of spending thousands a year keeping a peace of oily paper safe while people just a few hundred meters away can be found starving, or homeless, or working away their lives. Wouldn't it make sense to first eliminate poverty, homelessness, famine, war etc etc.. Before we partake in the luxury of creating and maintaining art pieces?
@Kasper What? There is nothing you have done today that wasn't shaped and made possible by art. Art is artifice: All things made by humanity are art. Art as a diversion, like a painting, is no more or less "art" than the art that designed the device you're using to read this. And art is basically what distinguishes modern humans from our ancestors. I struggle to imagine what motivation lies behind the denouncement of all "art" like this
@Alex Silva I've had a lot of fun with game physics and procedurally generated levels.
Dude I love you, I love this...I wish you nothing but the best...you have the right mindset to produce great art.
I hope Dunkey all the success, this year and the previous has felt like the complete opposite of "the year of gaming"
I genuinely want this to succeed, not only because it will be fucking amazing if it does, but to spite every fucking troll who feeds off of negativity who is acting like a fucking parasite.
Unironically I feel like Skibi's Tower Defense from WC3 is a higher quality product that 95% of the stuff they've put out over the last 5-10 years.
Bigmode is the most Dunkey name for a legitimate business ever
Go big mode, go big
honestly it shouldve ben Beeg mode but thats just me
